Dear Middle School Families,
I hope your Thanksgiving breaks were relaxing and featured plenty of good food.Next week brings our Parent – Teacher conferences. Please note because of the conferences, there will be a 1:30 dismissal on Thursday, 12/8, and no school for students on Friday, 12/9.
For conferences, you will be able to schedule 10-minute appointments with each of your student’s Math, English, Science, History, and World Language teachers. If your student is in ASK or Org Lab, you may make an appointment with that teacher as well. The conferences will be spread over two days: the afternoon of Thursday, December 8, and all day on Friday, December 9.
We use an automated system called PickATime to provide parents/guardians with the ability to schedule their own conference times. MS Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held over Zoom this year, and you will get a confirmation that includes Zoom links. PickATime opens this morning.
Ms. Diane Cebulski, the Middle School Administrative Assistant will be able to help in case you encounter difficulties setting up your conference schedule. Please email her (cebuld@d-e.org) if you need assistance.
