Dear parents and caregivers,
I am excited to let you know that the 6th grade will be going on a field trip to MOMATH [The Museum of Mathematics] http://momath.org/ in NYC on Wednesday, January 9th, 2019.
Students should plan on arriving at school at the regular time. We will depart from Dwight Englewood after the first period class and return before the end of the day pick-up time. If you would like to pick your child up at the Museum instead of having her/him go back to school, please reach out to Ms. Urbanowski to make arrangements. If your child has a music lesson or sports practice on Wednesdays, s/he should go back to school for those activities.
The students will have the opportunity to tour the exhibits at the Museum, and they will also take part in an educator led session. This will be the fifth year that 6th graders have had the opportunity to visit this wonderful museum.
